Cancellation, Refund , Class Participation, Transfer and Make - Up Policy
PRIVATE AND GROUP CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Private and group students may cancel a class with the in-house/on-site class program coordinator. 24 hours in advance, but not later than 6:00pm. Forfeiture of the lesson will be considered if this is cancelled with the teacher or if student fails to call the office manager. Private and group students may make-up a maximum of two lessons within the same 5-week cycle. Classes cannot be carried over to another cycle. Group students may make up their classes by attending another group of the same level of proficiency. The office manager must be made aware in advance of such changes. Credit will not be given in the event that a scheduled make-up class is missed.
CLASS PARTICIPATION AND CLASS TRANSFER
To ensure fairness to all our members, only the enrolled student may participate in the class. Children of enrolled parents will pay the regular tuition fee with a 10% discount. Private students who require a flexible schedule shall pay an additional fee of $15 per hour. In addition, payment must be received before each new cycle begins to avoid a $15 late fee. Students whose tuition fee has not been paid by the first day of class will not be able to join the program until payment is received.
Only the enrolled student may take classes. Classes are not transferable to a colleague, sibling or another family member.
